HR Operations Platform

Led full-stack development of an internal HR platform: roles, applicant/career modules, notifications, third-party integrations, plus a companion Electron task tracker.

HR ops were running on a stack of external SaaS tools that didn't talk to each other — applicants in one place, roles in another, task tracking on a third. The team wanted one internal product covering the applicant lifecycle and a companion task tracker they could ship to desktops.

An internal HR platform shipped with role-based auth, applicant flows, notifications, and third-party integrations, plus an Electron task tracker built to replace an external SaaS. CI/CD, environments, and prod support owned end-to-end. Shipped, indexed, and finding its first real users inside the company.
